As I often share here, I’m truly struggling right now with finding the right balance between acknowledging this extraordinary disruption we’re living through and moving forward to just start talking about something else. ANYTHING else, for the love of Pete!! I was struck by this HBR article and wanted to share it because its ultimate point is timeless — Empathy Starts with Curiosity and “humility is NOT knowing.” I love that!

But I also love how the author, Peter Bregman, walks that middle path I’m also trying to navigate, by connecting with our current reality first, meeting us where we are, and then moving on from there.
