Okay, guys. Next month, October, is officially renamed Portmanteau-Ber. I’m going to only talk about names in the month of October that are portmanteaus, meaning that they’re… portmanteau is the French word for suitcase. It’s a name that it’s two things together. Think Bennifer, think Netflix, or Lunchables, or Gatorade, or even Turducken. These are all names that are squishing things together, and it’s a great way to make names. So you guys have been awesome whenever I ask for submissions and giving me ideas.
I will be doing my own research, but I would love to hear your portmanteau names in the next few weeks to set me up for Portmanteau-Ber. And special thanks to Bill Chidley, one of my best sources for ideas. He recommended Portmanteau-Ber months ago when I was talking about portmanteau names. So let’s talk. Thanks. Bye!
