Today’s video contains a free plug for my friend Mark Jeffreys‘ company, Mobile Agent Now. (Surprise, Mark!!) I’m so inspired by the work these guys do helping companies mine the treasure trove of consumer reviews. They got me thinking about how powerful reviews are within the building of a brand’s narrative. Whether a review is good or bad, when you fail to respond to it, you’re abdicating your brand’s storyline and letting someone else drive YOUR bus! Nobody’s got time for that!
